We are thrilled to announce that on 6th July 2024 the President of Mahatma Gandhi Sarvodaya Sangh Hon’ble Sharad Pawar visited our school Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla English Medium School and Jr. College, Uruli Kanchan.
 The school management committee and the school Principal welcomed and felicitated the guest. The school Principal Mrs. Rajikumari Lexmi presented the school progress report to the guest. The President was very happy to see the school’s continuous progress and development right from 2011 till today.
 During the visit, the president interacted with the school teachers and tried to understand challenges faced by the teachers.
 Thereafter he had a meeting with the school management committee. During the meeting Hon’ble Sharad Pawar (President- Mahatma Gandhi Sarvodaya Sangh) sanctioned Rs.12.5 Crore fund amount for the construction of a new ‘Educational Hub’ at M.G.S.S.
